Thanksgiving is that time of year when families gather to celebrate God’s grace in providing a plentiful harvest.

We know that here in Windsor Locks there are many who are struggling and that their particular harvest is a meager one.

Social Services of Windsor Locks is in need of 75 turkeys for delivery to these families.
They ask for turkeys only, no cash or other food items for this particular effort. We ask all who can to bring a turkey – frozen, any size – to the WL Town Hall parking lot on the Saturday morning before Thanksgiving, between 8:00 to 11:00 A.M.
