From the moment you arrive you will find the atmosphere of our church to be informative, friendly, and enjoyable for your whole family.  It is our goal to provide inspiring music, helpful teaching, friendly people, and a place where you can feel welcome and “at home”!

We understand that visiting any church for the first time can create some anxiety. To that end we have provided some frequently asked questions below:

We look forward to meeting you!

When does Worship begin?

Service begins at 9:30am, and lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes. Our service is a blend of contemporary and traditional music.  The worship service is followed by coffee and refreshments. We would love it if you felt comfortable enough to join us. We have a staffed visitor’s table in the café area with helpful information about our church and a gift bag for you to acknowledge your visit.

How should I dress ?

WLCC has a come-as-you-are atmosphere. Please feel free to dress for church in whatever manner makes you most comfortable. Come in casual dress or even jeans and a t-shirt if you like.

Where should I park?

We have a clearly marked visitor’s parking area at the rear of the building for your convenience.

Where do I enter the building?

We encourage our visitors to enter through the south door, nearest to the visitor’s parking area.  The South door is the one located nearest the handicapped ramp. Handicap parking is located towards the front of the ramp.

Is childcare provided?

Starting with the babies, there is something special for every child. At every service there is a safe, clean, and professionally staffed nursery for children three years old and under. Children in preschool through 2nd grade are ordinarily dismissed mid service for a children’s church program geared specifically for their age groups.

We understand that childcare decisions can be stressful at a new church. Parents always have the option to allow their children to participate in the children’s church program or remain with them in the sanctuary.  If you decide to have your children remain during the service, we offer small activity boxes for the kids to keep them occupied.  Let a guest receptionist know that you are interested in an activity box or further information about child-care during the service. If you decide to take advantage of our nursery care or Children’s Church, one of our receptionists will show you to the children’s area and guide you through the registration process.

Can first time visitors attend adult small groups or children’s Sunday school classes?

During the summer there is no Sunday school classes held as our service time changes to 9:30am for the summer months.

Starting in September however, we hold adult small groups as well as teen and children’s Sunday school classes prior to the Sunday service from 9:00-10:00am.  Our sermon discussion group is ongoing from week to week and is always open to new people, as is our children’s program.
