COVID-19 Safety Protocol - Updated March 2022
As new CT and local guidelines are issued, we will do our best to comply with them.
Precautions:
Your Health
If you have a fever, headache, scratchy throat, loss of taste or smell, or don’t feel well, please do not attend the service for the safety of others. Please remain home and enjoy the live stream.
Masks
Masks are no longer required, but you are free to use one as you see fit.
Entering the church
Entrance to the church building will be by any of the doors.
Hand Washing
Upon entering the Narthex please consider sanitizing your hands with available sanitizer pumps.
Temperature Check
We are no longer requiring that your temperature be taken upon entering the sanctuary.
COVID Contact Tracing
We are no longer doing contact tracing.
Social Distanced Seating
All pews are available for seating. You may sit wherever you are comfortable, and can choose to maintain distance from other attenders if you wish.
Communion
On communion Sundays, Deacons will serve the communion elements to those seated in the pews.
Rest Rooms
There are several single rest rooms available upon exiting the sanctuary front, left side door. If these are both occupied, you may continue through the café and to the rear of Dexter Hall to either the men’s or woman’s rooms. Please wash hands thoroughly both upon entering and exiting the rest rooms. This will provide the best level of protection against possible transmission.
Tithe and Offerings
Giving is available online, by regular mail, and via electronic bank check. During the service there will be no offering taken, but we will provide 2 locked giving boxes at the rear of the sanctuary for your convenience.
Continued Live-Streaming
We will continue to Live-Stream all Sunday services offering you the opportunity to continue to join us for worship from the safety of your home. Please feel free to make the right decision for you and your family.
Cleaning and Sterilization of the Building
After the service all pews, doors, doorknobs, and push plates, will be sterilized.
Children’s Program
Children are of course welcome at all services. We provide a safe nursery space for moms with infants and younger children. We also offer a children’s program for multi aged children up to age 10. Parents are of course welcome to have their children remain with them in the sanctuary.
Bible Studies and Other Church Related Events
We will maintain similar policies for Bible studies and other meetings we hold. For more info please contact Pastor Ray at 603-801-6315 or by email at Ray@wlcconline.org
