FAQs for Your First Visit

When does Worship begin?  We have one service every Sunday morning from 9:30 am until approximately 10:45.  Our services offer a combined music style consisting of Traditional Hymns and Contemporary Christian songs.

How should I dress?  WLCC has a come-as-you-are atmosphere. You are welcome to come in your Sunday best, casual attire, or if your style is a bit more laid back, feel free to come in jeans and a t-shirt. We only ask that you demonstrate modesty in your attire.

Where should I park?  WLCC has a number of areas available for parking: lots are on the south side of church and north side of our back building. Should both these areas be full, you are welcomed to park in the post office, or Dexter Plaza just north of the church.

Where do I enter the building? You can enter the building through a number of entrances. Closest to the back parking lots you would be entering through Dexter Hall, which leads to the pulpit (front) of the sanctuary. Not to worry- many of the folks in the congregation come in this way.  From the handicap parking areas and for those walking, you are always welcomed through our front doors which lead to the Narthex (back) of the sanctuary and will have ushers to greet you.

What do I do when I arrive? As you arrive, ushers will meet you at the door to provide you with directions, a service bulletin, and information you might need. They’re also happy to help you and your family find a spot to sit.

What if I need Childcare? Starting with the babies, there is something special for every child. At every service, there is a safe, clean, and staffed nursery for children three years old and under. Let a guest receptionist know that you are interested in information about child-care during the service. They will graciously guide you to the proper location.

Children in preschool or kindergarten can attend “Children’s Church.”  They will be dismissed during the worship service for their class time. They may sit with you until they are dismissed or they are welcomed to stay with you through the service.

We may not be around right now, but you can send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
